Subject: How is this position stalemate?

I was playing on my phone and got to this: White Queen on d2 White King on e2 Black King on b3 Black had just captured my last pawn on b3, so it's White's move. But after Black's move, it said stalemate. How is that?

There clearly is a bug. Were you playing Sanny's program, perchance? ;-)
