by gregory on Wed Jan 02, 2008 11:09 pm #85534 OK, so 6 people have a higher level sanction-- so what. I still have a problem with it. I have been placed in a very defensive posture by what the FOC and moderators are allowing. My USCF award was ridiculed. If you believe in certain posters, the only reason why I got it is due to a political favor from Susan Polgar. Ron, Hal, and Brian Mottershead ridiculed my work; and insinuated several things on multiple occasions without any shred of proof. After I respond to the insinuations and stated that they are untrue; they are allowed to continue to ridicule and insinuate. Steve in Ten, one of our better posters here, called me a 'loon'. Harry has often stated that I made 'vile attacks' against Dr. Jones. Furthermore, Ron and Harry stated that they don't think that I was honest when I stated that I never said, or inferred that I represent the USCF when I made the call to Mr. Jones. I called Mr. Jones, and was very upfront with the guy, yet my word is not to be believed. My answers are not enough for them, and they will make sure to point it out. Other 'questions' were allowed, such as 'your site has a bad alexa rating, but somehow you got at least one brilliant idea to use college chess in your url which is the only thing that makes your sparse site ranking high', and when that does not work, I have been accused of stealing the USCF colors to make a different site. When that gets old, people can complain about how I am moderating a different site. I don't mind responding to a few of these issues, such is life, but in the last two months I have been subject to all sorts of attack. Did Ron get sanctioned? Did Harry? What about Hal? No, they did not get banned. Brian M. got a level one for one of his attacks, but many of his posts still show. Can Steve call a member a 'loon'? It appears so since his post has not been pulled. But, when I respond to the attacks, sometimes in a similiar tone, it is a fact that I will be sanctioned for it. Yes, I do have a problem with this and I believe that the whole one- sided tone of this forum is quite unfair. Last edited by gregory on Wed Jan 02, 2008 11:19 pm, edited 1 time in total. Here is the posting that, according to Gregory Alexander, got him banned. He posted this to his own moderated forum, chessdiscussion.com (Please note that the term "sick fantasies" applies not to me, the Real Sam Sloan, but to the Fake Sam Sloan): by gregory on Sat Dec 22, 2007 4:36 am I recevied my 2nd ban in the USCF Forusm for the following post. gregory wrote: artichoke wrote: gregory wrote:I agree. The RGCP is a cesspool, it matters not whom is currently posting there. You are not required to like RGCP, but it's a whole lot less of a cesspool now than when FSS held sway there. As I remember, it was better still five or more years ago, before FSS ever shared those sick fantasies with us. Whoa David... 'sick fantasies'? Aren't you a supporter of Sam Sloan? Hey, you can support anyone that you would like, but if you are going to try to be judgemental regarding 'sick fantasies' (your words), maybe you should stick closer to home. On another note; I heard that you are now on the USCF ratings committee, is this true? After the post was pulled, I followed up with: gregory wrote:David has shown that he has thick skin regarding the writings of Sam Sloan and I am surprised that he would be 'sickened' by the writings of the FSS. I find the two authors to be indistinguishable. There are far worse posts in the USCF Forum, but then again, unfortunately; the forums are designed to be moderated from an anti- Polgar/Troung political view. Gregory ChessDiscussion webmaster

I don't think that a group of organized child molesters deserve to have a private forum to assist in violations of the Mann Act. I intend to put child molesters where they belong: PRISION. The first step is closure of the USCF Forums. Step 2: Background Checks to prevent molestation in Schools Frequently, sex offenders ask for Susan Polgar's help or Paul Truong's help. Sex offenders are welcome to post on the forums, to go into the schools, and to molest children. It is time to end this company, once and for all. All we need is a way for US players to compete in the World Chess Championship. Enough of the needs of the kiddie fuckers and Susan Polgar. Step 3: Dissoution or Bankruptcy of the kiddie fucker corproate shell GAME OVER cus Roberts

Wrong. While I don't see eye to eye with Gregory on a number of issues, in this instance he is correct in complaining about how the USCF Issues Forum is being moderated.
