First Lawsuit Filed Against Former President Bush In what may be the first of many lawsuits filed against Former President George W. Bush after he left office, a case was filed yesterday against both presidents Bush, father and son. The case was filed only seconds after Obama was sworn in as the new president. The complaint filed in the United State District Court for the Western District of Virginia, Lynchburg Division demands that former presidents George W. Bush and George H. W. Bush, and be rounded up and held to stand trial in Nuremberg-type War Crimes Trials. The complaint alleges that during the First Bush Presidency, the elderly mother of the plaintiff was kidnapped brought to the United States through an extraordinary rendition, whereupon she was locked up for 12 years until she died. This was done at the behest of the Jerry Falwall Group, who wanted her money. The Bush father and Son needed the support of Jerry Falwall in order to be elected President of the United States and for that reason State Department employees arranged the rendition of the elderly woman and her eight year old granddaughter. The complaint alleges that the 8-year-old child was kidnapped to convert her to the religion of Jerry Falwellism and to turn her into as Jesus Freak, which was contrary to the religion of her parents, which was Islam. The lawsuit is entitled Sloan vs. Christopher P. Smith, George W. Bush, George H. W. Bush et al., Civil Action No. 6:09-cv-00005-nkm . Christopher P. Smith is the Deputy Sheriff of Amherst County Virginia. In March and April, 2008, Deputy Smith contacted the Internet Service Providers that were carrying Sloan's websites and claimed that they were violating Virginia law my stating that the Sheriff of Amherst County had participated in the kidnappings of plaintiff's mother and daughter. Faced with possible arrest and extradition to Virginia, the Internet Service Providers closed down Sloan's websites which had been operation without incident for more than ten years. This led the plaintiff to file suit not only against Smith for deleting his websites but also against the lawyers, judges, state and federal officials and former presidents who participated in these kidnappings and in their subsequent cover up. Also named as a defendant is Verio, the Internet Service Provider that shut down all of the plaintiff's websites after being threatened with arrest by Deputy Smith. The case is filed as Sloan v. Smith et al, Civil Action No. 6:09- cv-00005-nkm. In order to file this suit at the earliest possible moment after Bush left office, the plaintiff waited in the US Courthouse in Lynchburg during the last two hours of the Bush Presidency. At 12:00 noon exactly, Obama took office and the plaintiff presented his complaint at the window. However, the plaintiff waited through the swearing-in ceremony until Obama was sworn in and took office. The swearing in ceremony was completed at 12:05 PM. Then, the Clerk of the Court processed the documents and file stamped them received at 12:09 PM. The full complaint may be downloaded from the federal PACER System at http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/uspci.html Sloan departed from the Commonwealth of Virginia very shortly after filing this lawsuit. As of January 25, 2009, I have served all 36 defendants by mailing a copy of the summons and complaint to all of the named defendants in this case, along with a NOTICE OF LAWSUIT AND A REQUEST FOR WAIVER OF SERVICE OF SUMMONS (Form AO 398), and a copy of the WAIVER OF SERVICE OF SUMMONS (Form AO 399), in accordance with Rule 4(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Rule 4(d) basically gives the defendants 30 days voluntarily to appear in a federal case. If the defendants fail to appear voluntarily, then I will have to hire a process server to chase them down, but then they will have to repay me for my costs in serving them, if I win the case. In my experience, most respectable defendants voluntarily appear, as they realize that nothing is accomplished in failing to appear, as they will eventually be caught anyway. However, when I sued in Sloan vs. Truong, none of the defendants appeared voluntarily. To the contrary, Bill Brock and Randy Bauer returned the mail I had sent them, after marking it refused. Of course, they already knew what the envelope contained, as I had already posted my complaint on this group. It was for this reason that it was necessary for me to hire a process server to serve them personally. Bill Brock was personally served in his office in Chicago. The entire USCF board was personally served at a meeting in Crossville. Otherwise it would have been difficult for me to track them down as they were obviously evading service of process. Sam Sloan

Also, they would have to repay the costs if life is discovered on Mars and the Martians subsequently come to Earth in their intergallactic space machines and you Sam Sloan King of the World. Which let's face it is much more likely than you actually prevailing in a lawsuit, as opposed to getting laughed out of the court room by the judge, which is what usually happens. Moreover, if the martians name you king you could make Polgar your queen and you two could live happily ever after. Because unrequited love is a bitch, isn't it.

The conspiracy theory would be that the Chief Justice (a Bush appointee) purposely fumbled the administration of the oath in order to thwart this careful timing. - DPurvis I think that stands to reason given the seriousness and importance of Sam's action.
