Has the tablebase for R+2N vs. R been done yet? If so, is it usually a
win?

Well i'm too lazy to do it for you but:

Download the tbs statistics that you are interested in
(from ftp://ftp.cis.uab.edu/pub/hyatt/TB/tbs/ or
http://kd.lab.nig.ac.jp/chess/tablebases-online/ )

and put them all in one file.
How to do it?
First unzip them ALL into a folder for example c:\fold\
Then open cmd.exe and write:
c:\fold type *.tbs > all.tbs

After this a all.tbs file will be generated that will have all the
statistics.

Then write a simple C or C++ program that would extract the desired
contains from the all.tbs.

I saw that, thanks, but I was asking for a sumy off all known
tablebases.

By the way, you can find lots of 6-man TBs available for searching
online here:

Using that on 20 or 30 positions, R+2N vs. R, black to move, I
couldn't find any draws unless black immediately won a piece or forced
exchanges of rooks.

According to the tablebase, with the side with the rook to move, a
little less than half of them are wins for the R+2N.

I found this from an old Eugene Nalimov post:

http://perl.guru.org/ccc/m2001.12/204125.txt

It gives all of the stats.

Thanks, that answers my question.

Another question: Is there some website that sumizes all known
tablebase results? I have Secrets of Pawnless Endings and FCE, which
have some tables, but many have been done other than those.

There is a nice table for pawnless 6-piece endgames on page 103 of Lewis
Stiller's Ph.D. thesis available at:

http://users.rcn.com/lstiller

Stiller made the national news for his pioneering work on those
endgames, which included the surprise result that RB vs. NN is a win in
the general case.
