This will be a good game , lets see what ivan can do as white and what
GC can do as black.

We should play the next two games and let Ivan be white , i just want
to get a feel for how it plays white since 99 % of the time ivan has
played black vs other computers ..

move..

Toga wanted to move the F-I rook to E-I ?
Then GC moves his Knight back to E-4 saving it ....

Besides a strong pawn wall the bishops and queen are set up in very
powerful positions too.

Ivan is playing a good game so far but still you never know what of bad
move it mite make ..

GC as black does not seem to be playing the aggressive game it does as

I took the time to let Toga II analyze this to depth 18. That took more
than one hour. How much time took your Ivan?

But the top 3 moves still are Rb1 (+1.09), a4 (+1.06) and Qa4 (+0.94),
depth 19 seems to confirm that. Ivans b5 is the twentysomethingth move.
Move a4 looks like to be followed by b5 though.

Ivan can still do that, if Getclub doesn't ignore the pawn attack. If it
ignores it, axb6 will follow attacking the rook.

Either way, Toga II scores Ivan way more than 3 pawns ahead.

I need to study this and see why it did not take the knight ..

For that one pawn move it took about two min.. This pawn move it just
made took about 20 seconds...If i was playing i would have probably
taken the knight ..

As for the dark bishop it is just sitting there in a good position ..

If GC does not move the knight it can move to C-3 and then the knight
and rook are in his sites.

I wish i was smarter .......I am smart at some things like paying off my
house , i do not care about the tax write off is i just want to pay it
off.

When i lived in my apartment i was on the 3'd floor , i had people below
me and above me and on each side of me and the walls were thin and the
people above me you can hear them walking sometimes and people on the
side of me and below me ..Bugged me + i did not like a few of them so
that was bad too ..
Then i had my Charger window broken and i belive it was the guy down
stairs from me but i could not prove it ..+ had the tac ripped off ..
I did not drive it every day and it is a rare car and i think some
people were jealous ..
I can take walks here too , i like the SOOS creak trail....Bike ride
too ....
But the main thing is you rent , so the owner can raise your rent
when he feels like it or when your lease runs out , or he can kick you
out too if he feels like it ..I hope he does none of that stuff to you..
But see since i am buying my house my i can sell it anytime i want
and take a big chunk of cash ...I want to live here until i die .....I
just want to pay it off so my monthly bills go way down .....
My house has doubled in the last I0 years that i have lived
here....From I00,000 to 200,000 and i owe 32,000 so i have built up a
lot of equity ..Mite even be more because houses sell in my nabber hood
for 240,000 $ .........

I am not sure where you live but if it is in the USA next time you go

Toga 2 vs Ivan , your Toga would win because it would pick the better
move more often than Ivan would.

Living in a city would be hard for me to do because i like my house
and going out in my yard and my two car garage , i have a I968 RT
Charger 440 Magnum + my 4 cylinder every day driver truck that gets
pretty good gas mileage ..But i have to say YES gas is expensive and
that bugs me too ..I like my back yard too and i have fresh tomatoes
growing back there and privacy ..
When my other truck broke down i had to ride the bus for 3 weeks and
i hated that being on there with people who stink and people talking on
their cell phones and it took 3 buses to get to work and then i work a
lot of OT and id get off work and have to try and make it to the bus
stop i was scared to walk around at night ..+ where i live the last bus
here on Sun is 9.I5 PM and i was missing that bus so i was begging for

Sometimes a beginner thinks of a move and it looks OK so he plays it.
Sometimes, a stronger player sees what looks like a problem with the

Whoa. Up to depth 11 that move didn't show up among Toga II's top three.
But since depth 12 is at top, scoring +0.68 at depth 18.

BTW: Why do use that overly verbose move formatting? I find just �b4�
much more readable. And the use of a hyphen between the file and the
rank is quite uncommon.

But white has so much space to work with and GC is getting squeezed ..I
am looking at the game and i am not sure how i would attack ivan.
I think id move the bishop to G-7 and then castle that side ....Then
spend two or three moves trying to get organized ..Of course it would
depend on where ivan moves....

I almost went to the chess mall today but i have a few more important
things i need to get done.
