This newbie thinks he can stop me. I have many friends who will help me

This is to be the strongest post I have ever written or ever hope to
write. This is not my normal speaking/writing style. I believe in
kindness, not anger. I am only moved to especial wrath because of the
special contempt Max Burkett's post shows towards the USCF and any
authority of its governance.
Less than 24 hours after being sanctioned, Sam Sloan is back posting on
the forums using proxies. Max Burkett's post it exceeds in odium
anything Sam Sloan has done to the USCF to date. This post and posts
like it constitute nothing less than a direct challenge to the USCF.
Do sanctions have any meaning at all if people allow themselves to be
put in the role of proxies to circumvent them? The fact remains that no
matter how people may quibble over the semantics of the words I used
above, the power to decide when Sam Sloan can return to the forums has
been taken out of the hands of our duly constituted authorities of the
USCF and has been usurped by Max Burkett. Max Burkett will now decide
when Sam Sloan may speak on the forums. Max Burkett will decide what
can be accepted. Max Burkett shall now decide how sanctions may limit a
person's speech. However one may slice the semantics of this, the
actual effect of Max Burkett's action is just that.
I note that the sanction against Sam Sloan addressed the issue of Sam
Sloan not posting to the forums. It did not address the issue of others
posting his words to the forums during the sanctioned period. We should
not waste time arguing the technicalities and the semantics. I do not
know the amount of collusion that has or has not taken place. The plain
cold hard fact is that Sam Sloan and Max Burkett, whether acting
together or separately, have deliberately, calculatedly, and
cold-bloodedly poked a finger in the eye of the USCF.
Are these sanctions, or any sanctions ever going to have any meaning or
not? That is the question that Max Burkett has put before the USCF by
posting Sam Sloan's words back onto this forum in the face of his
sanction.
There is only one way to resolve this. I demand (not strong enough)
DEMAND THAT THE RELEVANT USCF AUTHORITIES SANCTION MAX BURKETT.
This is a matter of principle, not personalities. I have no idea who
Max Burkett is and I don't care. Furthermore, anybody else who tries
this subterfuge should be sanctioned, also. You people need to decide:
Are you serious or not?

I demand Goichberg's puppet Mike Nolan to ban Jack LeMoine! He doesn't
exist. He's not a real person. He's the same like George John and Wayne
Praeder. They all do not exist.

There is an important issue here. Jack LeMoine is a new poster who
apparently just joined the USCF and has played exactly one USCF rated
tournament in his life.

He started posting for the first time on December 27, 2006, which was
just one week ago.
He has made 73 posts since then, about ten per day.
Every post has been directed towards me. At first he just asked
questions but eventually his questions evolved to vicious attacks.
He has actually demanded that there should be retaliation against
anybody who signs a petition nominating me for re-election to the
Executive Board.
Yesterday Max Burkett posted for the first time in his life. He has
thus far posted only once.
Jack LeMoine responded by implying that Max Burkett is a clone of me
and demanding that Max Burkett be banned from the forums.
Max Burkett is a very well known chess player and author. He has been
playing tournament chess for more than 50 years. I know this because I
first met him at the 1958 US Jnior Championship in Homestead, Florida.
Burkett is best known for writing the tournament bulletins for the
famous Lone Pine tournaments.
Now we have a previously unknown person, Jack LeMoine, trying to have a
very well known person banned.
By the way, Jack LeMoine always defends Polgar. He seems to be a clone
of "Bob Bennett", who was eventually proven to be Paul Truong.
