Discharge is not an agreement. It is an order of the Bankruptcy Judge discharging the petitioner's debt under bankruptcy law. Even after the discharge, a bankruptcy judge would be interested and not at all pleased if the underlying petition was fraudulent. IIRC, such a fraud is a felony and US Attorneys are VERY interested in fraud perpetrated against the courts of the United States.
