I would like to be able to load Chessmaster and hit play and be able to play my chosen opponent each time. I am working on a computer player that would be challenging to me. It would also be nice if it randomly chose color and always put me at the bottom. The way I am playing the game now I have to Load Chessmaster Pick Play Pick Setup position Pick Starting position (if this is my second game) Pick Black/White Then confirm that I want to play with the current player. Then I have to rotate the board if I change starting color. Surely there is an easier way to play a predefined player.

Chessmaster will always remember the settings (players, time control and colors) of the last game, even between sessions. Here's a faster way to get where you want in CM 10th. Load CM 10th Pick Play Pick Training Mode Press CTRL+I (Switch Sides) if you want to play the side other than the one you are playing now That's it. To start a second game, press CTRL+N (New Game), select OK, and then CTRL+I again if you want to play the other side. jm

Thanks --- I'm not saying we should kill all the stupid people in the world. I'm just saying we should remove the warning labels from everything and let the problem take care of itself.
