I think Pocket Fritz might be an obvious choice.

I failed to mention one thing: this is a "st phone" and not an ordinary
Pocket PC.

Would that make a difference?

What OS does the phone run? If it is the same OS and platform (CPU) then you
should be fine. The documentation of the phone should tell you for sure.
