Have anybody a chess program with no installation need? A small thing
that can make pgn games.

I'm not sure what you mean by "no installation need." The free Bookup 2000
Express will let you make PGN files by entering moves and saving them to any
PGN file as a game. It supports FEN (random starting positions) games.
Bookup loads no DLL's and you can uninstall it either by using Windows or
just deleting it.
