I saw a book called "chess bitch" by jennifer shahade and it says that she is a chess bitch. What *exactly* is a chess bitch? Is that like a female chess player that steals another girl's boyfriend? Or is a female chess player who is part of a motorcycle gang ? please tell me;

Chess Freak, I'll try to answer your question on behalf of FIDE. > Nonsense, I am all for worldwide chess - that's why I support > Internet Chess Servers. Right now, from FICS I can play anyone > anywhere in the world (Even St Kitts). This is quite unlike FIDE, > which only caters to the chess elite and is run by a corrupt > governmental body. How exactly does FIDE promote chess > development in other countries? You will have to contact the FIDE Delegate from Barbados. He is the cochair on the developing countries committee for the Carribean. You can get his e-mail address at www.fide.com, Barbados. FIDE does take an active role. I don't have all of the facts, and people are threatening to kill me for participating as a Delegate at the meeting where that is all discussed. FIDE isn't all bad. What you need to understand is that people play chess who can't afford regular internet access. So, FIDE will have a role with the internet. cus Roberts Permanent Delegate of St Kitts and Nevis to FIDE

How could you know what the sales would be if it had been more "appropriately" titled? Maybe chess books just don't sell very well, period. Hence, the chess bitch concept. SLick

First, I'll read about it. Until I understand what I am dealing with, how can I talk about what I will do? Clearly, I don't have a FIDE vote yet, and I might not have a vote for several years in FIDE. I'll get agenda rights, however. This is good input, and I appreciate good input. It is important for me to make up for the 10 years I have been out of chess. cus Roberts

Well, I do know what to do with my credential card offered by FIDE if I am not representing St Kitts and Nevis to FIDE. New members have to go through some hoops, but to make a long story short; every government that formed had to go through a period of insults from everyone else until they were recognized. Several countries and groups have recognized met, except the USCF. Even Kok's campaign emailed me back and said "welcome to the family." I agree with Kok's campaign statement that it is not clear when I will vote. > Hi cus ! > Nice to hear from you and welcome to the FIDE family ! > If you will be attending the Olympiad we will be pleased to meet up with you even > though you do not have any vote at this point in time. It does to take money to hold chess tournaments. I had to invest my money to enable this. There are two ways this can go. I can buy the title and quit (and then FIDE won't let me vote) or I can do some good for chess on St Kitts. Chess Freak has no desire for chess in other countries in developing countries. It really does insult me to see the level of selfishness and animosity that people display for chess in developing countries. cus Roberts Permanent Delegate of St Kitts and Nevis to FIDE

cus, what will you do now about Kosteniuk in Penthouse, the sleazy soft porn magazine? FIDE likes her but she's an embarrassment to chess. Do you condone her behavior? Do you condone her ego? Do you condone her style of sleazy keting? Are you envy of her much older husband and sugar Daddy? Do you want to fuck her? If you do the right thing, I'll forgive you and won't get you. Sam Sloan

If get to say what ever I want to say in FIDE. That is why they call me Permanent Delegate. People want to hold FIDE chess tournaments on St Kitts and Nevis. Therefore, we need a national chess federation and we need a Permanent Delegate. I understand nobody wants to hear what I have to say. So what? These death threats will not make me go away. I found the money to begin to support national chess association on two small islands - a sovereign nation - which is currently not a member of FIDE. I am personally found the money to do begin this process of creating a national chess federation. Part of the process of St Kitts and Nevis joining centers on FIDE learning to accept the principals of the Olympic Charter. In particular, FIDE needs to understand that we on St Kitts and Nevis will not be intimidated by these death threats, or have our thoughts or positions or comments altered in any way, shape, or form by threats of assassination. I was appointed or elected to speak for St Kitts and Nevis in FIDE. I decide what I am going to say. Therefore, I reject the suggestion of what books I should and should not discuss at a worldwide festive of Chess. Ms Shahade has not increased your ability to promote chess but nor has she decreased it. I see no reason why FIDE should take any action just because she has not increased your ability to promote chess. After all, she didn't increase your ability to promote chess last time she ate a chocolate bar. Should FIDE therefore take action to prevent Ms Shahade from eating chocolate? Think about it for a long minute........................ a chess bitch is like the hotest blonde girl in the world but she will never look at a guy over 50 in the mall unless she is identifying him to the security guards so just forget about it. Also, if you are a kid and I doubt that, do your parents know you are asking about bitches on the chess newsgroup? There is probably going to be a discussion about that title in FIDE, but I don't that she fully understood what she did: the title hurt her sales.
