I like to play the Sicilian Kan variation when playing black. How do you think that I should adjust it against c3 as white's second move? Thanks in advance. -- Newsoffice.de - Die Onlinesoftware zum Lesen und Schreiben im Usenet Die Signatur lt sich nach Belieben anpassen ;-)

I understand, but just feeding someone "blanket" advice cannot be helpful. I mean, the obvious answer is to look in a book on the c3 Sicilian or a website like chessgames.com and find a variation of the c3 Sicilian that fits you, that you can work with. Even saying you are a "Kan player" isn't enough, right? There are many possible ways to play the Kan, and some fit you better than others? Then just keep fine-tuning it.

Really? Why? You really can't "adjust" a Kan to the c3 Sicilian. There isn't any fit. So maybe stupid question, obvious answer?
