Any idea of what happened to the Slow Time Controls group that plays
longer time controls on most of the internet chess servers? The site
was up 2 weeks ago but can not be found all this week.

I seem to remember reading that the prime mover behind the STC group passed
away some weeks ago. I don't remember his name. He went by "the wiz" on
ICC.

Their DNS name (stcbunch.org) is in the "Client Hold" state. They
probably forgot to pay their bill. Wait a week, and see what happens.
