It's about making decisions you think are right and then standing behind those decisions. That's why America is safer with George W. Bush as President (Arnold Schwarzenegger, 2004).

My moves are on the left, and the CPU is no the right. Illegal? Nah, dont think computers can cheat. Illegal? Nah, > dont think computers can cheat. If you can't understand why the move Bb4 is illegal after 1.Nc3 Nc6 2.d4, you're either trolling or you don't understand how the pieces move or how to use algebraic notation. In the first case, yawn; in the second case, any beginner's book on chess will help you. For starters, pick up a copy or Chernev's book "Logical Chess, Move by Move." Seirawan's "Winning Chess..." series will also help you a lot. You clearly don't understand a lot of the very basics of play, and those books will help. > 1) Nc3 Nc6 > 2) d4 Bb4 Generally, if you're going to play d4, you don't want to block your c-pawn, because it's an important lever. But beyond that I can't help you, because Bb4 is not a legal move in this position. I can still tell you've got some basic misunderstandings from just looking at the sort of moves you were doing, but I can't offer more specific advice without seeing the actual game score.
