This doesn't look that good for Black. After 7.c3 b5, White has 8.Bf1 (or Bd3). Or perhaps even 7.Nf7 Kf7, 8.c3 (and after 8...Bg4, 9.Qg4 Nc2, 10.Kf1 Na1 White has a strong attack. Of course, this is just cursory.
