A new 'chm' help file A new toolbar with more coulors A new PGN import positions feature Some minor features and bugs correction To have a look to the new features: http://alain.blaisot.free.fr/DiagTransfer/English/Version3_0E.htm Download DiagTransfer a free chess tool! To take a look at DiagTransfer click on the link below: Home page: http://alain.blaisot.free.fr/DiagTransfer/English/home.htm DiagTransfer is a chess editor position (fen/EPD) with two originals features: -An original method to copy diagrams in another program or in web pages with a semi-transparent window you have only to trace the pieces -The capability to print diagrams in a very high quality WINDOWS 2000 XP VISTA

Please debug and=20 put out a fix. Thanks.=20 Another thing...I don't for the life of me understand why I can't paste=20 a simple FEN diagram I create without being forced to open my email=20 program?! You have not to open your email program, only to copy in FEN mode and paste in your chess program(button COPY as FEN or file "edit" "Copy FEN to clipboard"

I'm using Windows XP...and it's NOT allowing me to copy and paste. The option to copy the image as a BMP is NOT greyed out...but the copy as FEN IS greyed out. Please fix this. This has been the case even in Version 2.

Or you have unchecked "Only legal position are allowed" in the "Preferences"dialog. If this box is unchecked you can create diagrams with no legal positions (for example a position with more than two kings) ; in this case the FEN copy mode is disabled so an user cannot paste a no legal FEN position in a chess program with impreductible results. If you re-check this box, the "Copy as FEN" will be enabled. In this mode (no legal) you can copy only as RTF or as bitmap for a word processor.

Even the "Only legal position positioin are allowed". I'm still getting the "copy FEN to clipboard" option greyed out. I'm going to try redownloading the program to see if this fixes the problem. But please understand...this problem has been happening to me EVEN as early as version 2.

But you still have a problem with the PGN file causing the program to crash. Please fix this. My file is 356 games big..and it includes nonstandard chess positions as well like Fischer Random chess positions. The moment I try opening a position from the PGN file...it crashes the program. I think you'll need to fix the way the program handles PGN files. If it crashes when I try to simply open the file? Something is wrong.

There is a sub menu item "Send me a mail" inside the program. Yes my program don't handle no orthodox chess files (fischer etc.)

This has been the case > even in Version 2. The "Paste" button is grayed out if you have nothing in the clipboard but the "copy as FEN" is not grayed out. It is the button to the left to the "Paste" button with a "F".I am using xp too and test my program with many computers and thousands users use it and it is the first time I hear this, it worked fine with version 2 too.You should redownload the program.
